When does Eternal Rift Defense come out?

Is there a free demo?
Yes. The free demo on Steam includes the first eleven rifts.
What platforms is it on?
PC (Windows), through Steam.
What kind of game is it?
A 3D fantasy tower defense action RPG with MMO features. You build a maze of towers to stop waves of enemies, but you play as a third-person hero on the battlefield, level up, collect gear and spend talent points. Read the strategy guide for how a run plays.
Is it an MMO?
Between rifts you share an overworld hub with other players, with guilds, parties, vendors and quest-givers, and your online characters are saved on the game's servers. Inside a rift you play solo or in co-op. See MMO, co-op and PvP.
How many players can play together?
Up to four players in online co-op.
Can I play solo or offline?
Yes. Every rift can be played singleplayer, and you can keep fully offline characters.
Is there PvP?
Yes. The Seasonal Arena is ranked 1v1: you summon monsters into your rival's rift using the gear you farmed, and climb from Bronze to Diamond each season. See the leaderboards.
How many towers are there?
13 towers you can build, each with five ranks, and most with three specializations and a cursed Ultimate. See all towers.
How do talents work?
You earn one talent point per level, up to 50, and spend them in the Support, Specialist and Resource trees. See the talent tree guide or try the talent calculator.
Which hero classes are there?
Archer, Engineer, Knight and Mage. Each has two abilities that its class set upgrades. See heroes and classes.
What languages does it support?
English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish and Portuguese.
